Road to Economic Recovery – Thoughts > Ideas…

Thought for a moment – Initiate an immediate moratorium to taxpayers’ for the following with term of 12 months-to-24 months  This will serve as a direct shot in the arm for the overall economy.

  • Over and above housing market rates decreases, completely and simply no mortgage interest rate charge to mortgage payments.  Allowing homeowners to pay only towards their principal increasing equity.  Escrow funds towards property taxes reduce by 7%.  These are meaning full economic stimulus straight to taxpayers’.  Additionally, this serves as reinvestment back to taxpayers’ by assisting them with home remodeling, repairing which serves as reinvest back into home equity market value.
  • Now as for non-homeowners issue direct payment via families $5000 and non-families $3700 dollars. To assist them in paying down debt load and potentially small business reinvestment.
  • Reduce overall debt load.
  • Invest in small-to-large business ventures, thereby opening an opportunity to employ which reduces unemployment.
  • Continue to invest in education and loan debt reductions. Cancel wipe clean student loans, allowing stress reduction which can turn into a health impact.  This would allow those that have been impacted the opportunity to continue education which maybe blocking an employment opportunity.
  • Immediately stop taxing unemployment, reanalyze cost of leaving vs. current unemployment payment scale.  Remove the bureaucracy relating to quarterly requirement and keep it simple if you’ve been unemployed, lost your job you QUALIFY.

Due to the current economic & unemployment remove the expiration date qualifier to extensions and make extension unlimited for now instead of piece mealing the leaking boat.  Unemployment for the year of 2007, 2008, and projections for 2009 dictates unlimited extension until the economy is restored.   This will assist unemployed taxpayers keep up with their mortgages.

This will stimulate the economy giving taxpayers’ the opportunity to:

  • Improve their stress load increases overall production and reduces sick time.   Working from home as an example increases production and gives back to quality time.  Sometimes stress in and of itself has the potential to effect and/or be the root cause for diseases & fatigue.
  • America clearly needs Production as an economic direct relief.  To see unemployment and foreclosure rates is a major issue and will take extremely innovative approached to immediately resolve it.  Technology should be at the head of the game.  By effectively streamline business operation approaches: {See, Road to Economic Recovery Idea Snap Shot, Post.}
  • We as a global community need to get more rest and time with family and friends.  Enjoying life is a novelty the value is priceless.
  • Rest alone increases creativity stimulates ideas for entrepreneurs, inventors, solve global warming, make more energy efficient cars.  Energy efficient cars shouldn’t mean reducing the size of the car, we have families it isn’t logical.  Just make them energy and fuel efficient…

And Remember:

We cannot forget to take care of our economy if we forget the very base core of who deliveries the goods.  Hard working Americans who did the right thing, continued their educations, and learned a trade; take care of their families thereby taking care of our communities.  Each one, teach one and it ‘takes a village to raise a child…Meaning the entire community including business and government.  We’re all a family that must watch out for one another, maintain peace, and continue to develop as a country and letting the world see that God made a family with enough to take care of everyone.  ‘If mine people that are called by my name, humble themselves and pray, I WILL heal the land.’

It’s clearly going to take the entire globe of beautiful nations to truly come together to implement this simply pray of peace, to resolve this economic global issue.  Each nation should continue to review and analyze their contribution to this major concern.   Always ensure that all the people of our nations take good care of its citizens, because God has a way of giving back to us when we do.  It’s the law of reciprocation.  ‘Give and it will be given to you press down shaken together unto your blossom’.

Purchased their homes, cars, education, small-to-large businesses they invested in America. 700 billion and counting with little oversight and yet the Auto industry middle class example pays the bill.

Yes, the auto industry example has to lay it on the table so should Wall Street.  Wall Street not only gets the bailouts but they get to double dip by going back to the very investors of the bailout funds taxpayer’s.

Double dipping by collecting bailout money repeatedly without any real objective analysis validating need, root cause evaluation and resolution towards the future; just like the auto industry.  What real sacrifice or immediate pay back to the loan brokers the taxpayers’.  Then Wall Street comes back to taxpayers who ultimately own a portion of the bailout funds and heavily increasing fees across the board.

Thank you, and Have a Blessed & Peaceful Day!!!
