Economy and Other Thoughts

• DO NOT APPROVE THE 2^ND HALF OF TARP for the BUSH ADMINISTRAION:

First and immediately please do not sign off on an approval for the 2^nd half of TARP for the $350 billion dollars.  I believe this would be as disastrous as the 1^st half that has now gone into the black hole.

Our legislative body without rhyme or reason and no explanation as to what occurred with the 1^st half of TARP shouldn’t be allowed to disburse the 2^nd half.   The 1^st half wasn’t regulated or managed with accountability and transparency.  Therefore, we cannot trust the 2^nd half approved within these last few days under the Bush administration.  Please hold off until the Obama administration is in completed control as of 1/20/09.

What occurred with the 1^st half likens itself to out right piracy, the American taxpayer requires greater attention than Wall Street who is taking full advantage of the bailout.  Wall Street should have been placed under the same scrutiny as the Auto industry, and by not placing them under the same examination.  By not applying the same standard it gives the appearance of class war difference was clearly established that isn’t fair.

A direct approach of assistance towards taxpayers and small businesses will establish true economic stability not the illusion of top to bottom, but bottom to top economics.  If you do not ensure the bottom half stability we all lose.  The taxpayer and small business is the backbone of our nation and economy and we’re sinking by the minute like a boat in the middle of an ocean.

• PROPOSED EXAMPLE OF REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO FURTHER BAILOUTS TO WALL STREET AND/OR CORPORATE AMERICA:

As noted above whether it’s Wall Street and/or Corporate America they should truly prove a business for bailout funding by as an example:

1.      Prior to requesting bailout funding have they streamlined operational expenses 1^st?

2.      Streamlining operational expenses should not include layoff human resources but should include innovative methods like allowing workers to work from home.  As apposed to laying them off and off loading them to the unemployment system.

3.      Opening the door to working from home immediately reducing the operational expense of maintaining building and the expenses that follow.  Clearly statistics prove the value in working from home have proven results especially to productivity.  I personally know the benefit of this because the same statistics reflect a dramatic increase in productivity.

4.      Why should corporation implement layoff methods for streamlining when the ultimate impact to the economy results in moving employees to the unemployment rolls.  This ultimately leads to families requiring assistance from non-profit organizes like food banks, shelters, and utility assistance programs.  In addition increased home foreclosures.

5.      There’s no logic in this approach human assets are clearly more critical to protect over expensive office complexes that serve ego over common sense.  Let’s get back to common sense, practicality over non-sense, people over egos and communities over greed.

6.      Let’s begin to truly use technology for the blessing that it is to expand our global way of doing business here and aboard.  By implementing these measuring companies can save millions of dollars thereby reducing the need for bailouts.

7.      Please push back on Wall Street and/or corporate America from their consistent request for bailout funding and force them to implement the proposals noted, enough is enough.

• FOREIGN POLICIES AND INVOLVMENT:

1^st and foremost America cannot continue to assist foreign countries if we

Manage our own backyard.  How can we truly lead by example when we

can’t seem to resolve our own major issues.

We can’t continue to involve ourselves in cultures whose historical issues

we don’t fully understand.  Additionally, some of the issues involve clearly relate to economics, unfair distribution of health care, lack of housing and food, and unfair political regimes.

The current situation between Israel and Gaze is a human rights tragedy and should be stopped immediately.  Case in point relating to racial differences relates to the original Israelite s who have been proven genetically who reside in Israel and where issued land but have been completely ignored by Israel for years, where is there voice in the affairs on this nation.  There voice is not only silent but is ignored by the very nation they reside in.  Why is this, is it based on the fact that their racial color is black.  This reflects the proof of not realizing all the historical truths and how distorted our understanding and knowledge is.

1.      Israel [Person] = Name meaning “one who struggle with God” or God struggles” [Gn 32:28, NLT mg.] It was given to Isaac’s son Jacob and to his descendants [35: 9-12; cf.  Dt. 6:1 -4].

2.      “God called Israel to be his chosen people” which identifies as an example those who believe in God not just a place but a PEOPLE.  This reflects an example of anyone across the globe.

Nuclear technologies should only be used global to assist humankind and not to destroy it.  Additionally, there clearly is a major difference as to who the U.S. applies authorization for use based on the racial color of a nation.  This is a profound contrast in policy and should be eradicated forever.  To allow the use of a nation based on the majority racial color of that nation is unconscionable, and again needs to be eradicated forever.  It has been a blatant practice in policy implement without conscious or consequences and needs to stop immediately.

So in closing I truly hope that you take these ideas to heart and policy to assist in this moment of change not only for our nation but also towards our global reputation to move forward in the 21^st century…
