99ers Legislative Fax Attack Campaign is Making Progress

Peace, Love, & Harmony to All…

The Legislative Fax-Attack and the overall call-in, email campaign for the 99ers Long-term unemployed S.3706 “Americans Want to Work Act” is working…   Approximately 4 – 5 million unemployed 99ers estimate monthly growth at close to 100,000 per month.  This campaign is extremely critical b/c our legislators will be leaving for the Mid-Term Election Recess by or before October 8th, 2010.  Currently, this bill is sitting within the “Finance Committee” and needs to immediately come out of committee to get to the floor for a vote, then to the House, and to President Obama’s desk for signature.  Please continue to spread the word on this issue, and assist however you can it’s greatly appreciated.

So, contributors to this campaign need to contact the committee heads office.  Requesting the urgency to get this bill out of committee prior to the legislative mid-term recess 10/8/2010.  Again, all the continued support is greatly appreciated…. As many of you know and have been impacted by this dyer situation requires immediate relief.  It’s a shame & travesty that our legislators have delayed true attention to this issue for over 8 months.  To completely ignore 4+ million hard-working taxpaying Americans, should be a crime.  Americans, who bailed out corporate America, left out in the cold to become homeless.   Americans with amazing skill sets, Americans who had long-term careers over 10+ years.  Americans, who not only educated themselves, but then ensured working hard to educate their children, They did all this to live the “American Dream”, give back to the community, become business owners, and our legislators fail to do the people’s business and leave them in the cold without thought…

Legislators need to realize in case they seemed to forgotten these are the same people that voted them in the office, and can vote them out.  Why, because they’re not doing the people’s business by leaving them in the cold.  Leaving them in the cold to the degree those that are losing hope & faith and/or have lost it have been committing suicide.  This in essence should be a crime, when our troops are in a theatre of war they don’t leave any man behind.

We are in an economic war in which our citizens are clearing being left behind.  Is this the fate for millions of American Taxpayers?  Who’s coming to relieve them from the economic war zone which leaves many homeless, without food and shelter both of which are reaching capacity, and they’re unable to sustain themselves.  So, this is the message our legislators send us we don’t care our summer & mid-term recess is more important than the hard-working American taxpayers deserve?

Those that do care please join this ongoing legislative call-in, fax, and email campaign to fight for justice by passing S.3706 “Americans Want to Work Act” prior to the mid-term recess “October 8^th, 2010” it’s critical.  Spread the word life is priceless… Thank you
