I know there are some that have never voted, based on feeling that it doesn’t matter, that their voices do not count, that the selection process of any candidate is pre-selected…
Well, I ask that for a moment think back in time of our ancestors, who knew & understood it does matter. To the degree they fought with their lives to protect the right; and won…
At the very least let’s honor that victory, by continuing the fight, to continue to pray for it’s protection, and apply the
Word of God to seal it. God said we are the head & NOT the tail, so let’s honor the faith & strength that God endowed
us with by casting our vote…
Clearly it’s important, clearly your voice matters, this is evidenced by all the sick, insane, lies & deception that have not only played out in the current election, but previous ones… Therefore, your voice truly matters…
So, continue to spread the word, inspire & encourage others to exercise their RIGHT TO VOTE…

What Realm of Democracy are we Practicing as one of the World Leader’s Attempting to Establish Ourselves as an Example Domestically & Internationally…?
When we have some who behave in this fashion, and actually believe its o.k.… What’s wrong with this picture…? Especially when we’re at the height of bullying & intimidation tactics, at a state of crisis not only with our youth, but also by some adults…
What example are we setting for our current, and future generations…?
May God continue to expose company CEO who are more than crossing the line by threatening to fire employees who vote for President Obama…?
It’s insane enough that for the last year or so, legislators in certain states have been not only wasting tax payers money, to infringe & attempt to stop voter registration, now CEO’s are stepping in with this level of infringement…
If you’re team is so much better that President Obama & his administration there’s no need to spend all this time with lies & deception, manipulating legislation / cheating. When you’re better than the other side, there’s no need to cheat…
But, that’s fine at the end of the day God’s justice will prevail for justice & truth… This is the time for the voice & spirit of the people will prevail… One of the most important things in this time is to continue to pray & apply the word of God… It’s NOT by MIGHT, nor by POWER, but by My Spirit saith the Lord…
Enough is enough of this pure insanity, lies & deceptions being rewarded as wins in debates. Substance vs. performance vs. facts… The truth will prevail, because God & His people have had enough…

He did this knowing that many generations would flourish from it’s bounty… Enough for future generations to survive… We must continue to pray, and come up with evolving innovations to give back to this planet, who’s heart is humble, and giving…
We must but an end to the greed of those who continue to abuse her nurturing soul… When her soul is nurtured, she multiples unto those that reside within her…
Mother earth is loving, kind, selfless, and overflowing… Let’s love her, and hold her near & dear to our hearts… This will fill her soul, so that she knows we care, and will forever embrace her…

Presidential Debate – Thoughts

I chose to watch the debate on C-SPAN 1, I didn’t want to listen to the in between commentary. I wasn’t surprised that within less than 5 minutes of the debating ended, then going through CNN, MSNBC, and others. Their initial responses lead towards Romney winning the debate; my observation is performance vs. substance. This is similar to an observation on some call center metrics should it be quality vs. quantity or quantity vs. quality… Is the glass half empty vs. half full. I’d rather have substance that stands the test of time vs. an empty performance….
Based on unfortunately some of the commentary tends to lean towards surface / visional, and animated performance by Romney; lacking substance leading to interesting claims that aren’t based on facts. Mentions like Romney won based on appearing to be aggressive, rude, and reflective of a bully, attempting to use intimidation tactics towards the moderator, as apposed, referencing President Obama appeared to be disconnected. Additionally, a Presidential Debate isn’t a sporting match, so sitting back, and analyzing it, as if it is, is ridiculous….
We have a State of Emergency related to Bullying / Intimidation tactics, like aggression, disrespect, & rude behavior, really reflect insecurity at its height… President Obama never needs to cow down to a lower level, to make a point. He can remain calm, cool, and collected, no need to respond in the same way, as someone who is more than disconnected. Now, to a huge degree of what sent things over the bridge is Jim Leary moderator lost control from the beginning of the debate…
Commentary such as the President looks tired, appears to be distance, and is some of the interpretations from some of the commentary are interesting. Clearly spiritual, discernment, and common sense can go a long why on some of this commentary. President Obama looks lead more in the direction of, knowing the debate rules weren’t being adhered to, the moderators lack of ability to monitor, feeling intimidated by Romney.
As we all know Debate rules that agreed upon prior to the debate in advance. The President implemented patience to maintain debate rules, adjusting to the moderator’s lack of ability to adhere to the debate rules. Which opened the door, led towards Romney repeatedly going over, without control, and NOT adhering to the agreed upon presidential debate rule. Therefore, the winner clearly cannot go to Romney because he lacked & revealed his character.
President Obama bared navigating through this nonsense, as well as maintaining the stance for the office of the Presidency. More importantly when one truly listening to President Obama’s responses, he was more on point, in connection to the America people vs. Romney.
Never fall for a show, circus performance vs. integrity, character, and proven legislation vs. lies & deception / smoke & mirrors….

Have you been evaluating whether you’d like to pursue a Scrum Master certification…? If you have, are you feeling confused, and frustrated as to were to begin…? Searching the web for a Scrum resources and who’s the authoritative body.
Those of you that have felt like you’ve exhausted your review, and search this series of shows hopefully will assist you. Some of you maybe aware contingent upon what source you’ve selected for you assessment, and certification, there’s a pending test policy change pending for 9/1/12.
This change consists of moving from an assessment 30 – 35 questions – pass, to a pass / fail scenario 24 out of 35 questions. As previously noted there are several sources available to attend 2-day Scrum Master Classes; at the end of those classes generally you will receive an access code. The access code is given so that you can take the assessment online.

Despite the fact that they are highly trained by the military for a wide variety of technical skill sets. Our vets still may find themselves in situations requiring them to have technical certifications to reenter the job market.
Another sector of our society, students graduating from colleges & universities, who worked hard to obtain degrees, yet finds themselves reviewing job requisites requiring, and/or referencing technical certifications.
Then we have entrepreneurs, businesses that want to continue to evolve their staff with the latest global competition and technical trends.
